Hi guys! I'm a regular poster but to keep things private at this point, I'm under a different account.
We're an established 25 year, 20 person lab in Toronto looking for a manager to join our new venture. This is a chance to get in on the ground floor and own a part of a rapidly expanding lab opportunity. The ideal candidate would:
- have 10-15 years management experience
- be knowledgeable about esthetics
- be knowledgeable about implant systems and protocol
- understand todays digital workflow
- comprehension of material characteristics and material selection
- have an in-depth understanding of occlusion
- the ability to direct and delegate
- be able to clearly and professionally articulate case requirements to doctors
- be very dynamic
Compensation will be based on experience and ownership will be discussed in the next stages. As stated earlier, we are located in Toronto so the candidate would either have to live here or be willing to re-locate.
*We are also offering a $500 finders fee!*
If you feel you know someone who meets these criteria, please recommend. You will be compensated if they are hired and once they are passed the 3 month mark. Of course, we are working on the honour system here
