essix with ball clasp

Anyone got a idiot proof way of making an essix with ball clasps. Ive had a doctor ask for essix and ball clasp with flat occlusal on the posteriors. I bend and wax in the ball clasps, soak and apply separator (zahn Brand) on the model. Then i S&P the acrylic over the bc slightly and on the occlusal of the posteriors. By the time im done sprinkling the acrylic, the durformat is ready to vacuum form the essix sheet on top of the model. When i remove the essix though, the acrylic has penetrated the stone and everything comes out foggy and looks like crap. Very time consuming trying to clean the inside of the essix afterwards.

Any ideas that would make my life easier would be appreciated.

BTW thank you all that have answered all my previous questions. Im a year into my business and see alot of new things that I havent dealt with in the last 20 years working for just one orthodontist.
