Employee contract question

I am looking to bring on a talented technician who has been working out of his garage and is tired of doing everything. He is bringing a few clients, but wants to just put in his 8-10 Hours a day and hand over delegate everything to my business.

This is a first for me. Anyone out there have some advice on how to structure his employee contract that rewards him a bit better than a standard hire?

Any feedback is appreciated.
