So in your respected states of emergency only dentistry, is a broken(2 pieces) denture/partial considered an acceptable emergency?
Anything that is broken and can be fixed and does not spread saliva around can be done and under emergency act. Can you imagine someone quarantined at home without his or her denture? Or going to work in a place where you have to without teeth? Half of the cases designated emergency are set by the patient and not the dentist. What is emergency for one person might not be for another. Dentist will be free to take it or leave it.

In Australia, we are moving back to level 2 restricted practice... which means no routine treatment, however urgent and emergency treatment is acceptable provided relevant cross referencing for covid19 risks are assessed.

Vermont dental offices can reopen for low risk stuff on Monday and for everything on 6/1. I haven’t seen the PPE requirements yet but they should be out later today.
First post updated. Thanks.
