Good morning

I have a case, I have to rebake porcelain onto an existing frame. According to the client, the alloy is 'Eclipse' form Dentsply. Does anybody have info on the oxidation cycle? Besides technical specs, there is nothing on their web site. I called them up, but no one is available to give me the info.

Thanks in advance,

M

Used Eclipse for many years. Easy to work with.
Sandblast after finishing.
Start at 650C with ramp up @ 80C/min with 100% Vac to 1040C.
No hold. No sandblast before opaquing.
Hope this helps
