With all due respect, non of the two crowns shown seem to fit on the respective dies.and better fits

Progomill delayed again.... sigh...... and may never launch. Mikro IC from AG has good results but you will be paying a lot for blocks.the DWX-4W is not reliable enough in my opinion. Wait for the Programill one and just be done with it.
Absolutely correct. This was due to the acutal design of the prep. In this benchmark case, like many we do, we are only supplied an STL file for the complete design of the restoration with no other information, save on occasion, the margin- many times no die. As you can imagine, this presents us with a challange in as much as it is impossible to produce the best possible fitting crown. With all due respect, non of the two crowns shown seem to fit on the respective dies.

The old saying: Quality (or garbage) in = Quality (or garbage) out is most definately true.
For this reason, we spend time in our training classes addressing the importance of prep design, and minimum radius identification/reprucussions.
In this benhmark the customer knew this, was (and continues to be) quite happy with the results from our solution.
Damn! That’s really inexpensive, especially compared to the PM7 we were considering
But the PM1 is the fastest one in the line up being geared towards chairside milling and 5 block holder. But 55k.PM 7 is totally different if compare with PM 3
who hasn't used a DWX4W before? oh you mean the one we bought and literally have sitting in the corner gathering dust next to an MCXL?
Mill quality was not very good, and quite frankly is an embarrassment to the roland line. Ive never met one user that was truly happy with the 4W. Sure the PM1 may be new, but from what we've seen and heard so far (maybe also including closed door demos) it's superior to anything else i've seen.
I was comparing Axyss to PM7,not P7 with PM3PM 7 is totally different if compare with PM 3
How are the mill times for the Programill One compared to the 2 spindle strategy for eMax?
What are you looking to mill? Single unit e.max?I was comparing Axyss to PM7,not P7 with PM3
Does anyone have experience with new Ivoclar mills? Haven’t really heard anyone talking about them?
Gotcha. Makes senseAxsys 400 must be compared with PM 3 34 K Euro PM 7 65 K Euro is more a Axsys 200 same same but different
Single unit to full arch zirconia and denturesWhat are you looking to mill? Single unit e.max?
The Versamill 5X400 fits the bill very nicely...Single unit to full arch zirconia and dentures
