DWX-50 Wax Bridges Don't Fit

Just bought our 2nd Roland DWX-50 machine and roughly half of the wax bridges we mill rock on the model after casting. When loading the bridge in the software, I use the "create stabilizer" option which puts the bridge on a bar. Very careful about connector placement and removal from the disc after milling is complete. 3 unit bridges fit very well, but anything larger than a 4 or 5 unit bridge rocks to high heaven.

Any tips anyone has used to solve this problem? Would appreciate any information.
