Dof scanner problem

Hello i have the dof scanner,the exocad program i have on another pc.The type of archive that you save from the scanner is *.nxdpd.Why the file is in this format and not *.stl

That is only the name of scan data. When you start matching it becomes to stl file.

it is backup file? how can i recover stl file or extract file from nxdpd file?

If you start the DOF scan program in expert mode you will find the setting when you create the mesh to export the stl file.

Nxdpd file is for scanapp backup file when you want to do rescan

Hi guys I'm ready to put my fist through the wall I had to download everything onto a new computer and now I'm having everything saved in an NXDPD file format I tried to go Into expert mode still the same thing did used to always automatically just save it to an STL file for me with zero issue
