We are hiring a Digital Dental Design Coordinator to join the SprintRay clinical team to internally coordinate case management, execute workflows and develop case management protocols.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor design requests on our cloud platform and manage queues. Assign to lab admins based on capacity agreements with the labs.
  • Review input files for accuracy and acceptability
  • Review designs that are not accepted, ensure that they are completed to satisfaction.
  • Create/review summary daily reports, take action to meet SLAs.
  • Coordinate and assign incoming tasks to their appropriate departments.
  • Monitor the progress of tasks and follow up with related parties on the progress of these tasks
  • Help customers with their needs
  • Assist our clinical director
Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with dental terminology
  • 1+ years of experience in a dental office or dental lab
  • Proficiency in word processing tools and spreadsheets (Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Docs/Sheets)
  • Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with 3D printing
  • Knowledge of digital dentistry
