Same thing happens to me. You work on case for so long, it becomes a blur, let alone with all the other distractions.
At times when I deliver a case, I look at it in the Drs parking lot before I go in
and see something I would want to tweak. Whenever I have the time
with an upper 6+ unit case, I like to get it contoured then re-look at it the following
morning. I usually see a line angel, mid line correction etc I change.
not a bad idea. was absolutely bombarded this xmas/ny season....this was just one of many large cases i had to get finished up. will post imp and model pics when the time comes. noted for the dr that the pt should wear temps for a few weeks to be certain there are no constrictions or issues with the designs.

I know how that is, I have filed some incisal edges with my fingernail in the parking lot before going in to present it to Dr and pt. Not to mention that its the very reason for doing a mockup!
