Denture Milling Services?

Are there any Milling Centers that you guys know of that will mill Dentures from an .stl?

no. because there are a multitude of ways many labs and production centers have created their own workflow.

some labs want to make an stle of the tissue first, add sockets for teeth and make teeth separately, others want to do a two-piece mould so you process that on your own...

nobody i know takes a denture as an stl in one piece.

Can you send me the file to look at? Which software was used to design it? Do you have the supplemental design files (.contructioninfo, .3ox, ect)? You can send it all to us at [email protected].

Also, do you have any machines at your lab?

If not, there are a handful of hyperDENT customers with the denture module that would most likely be able to mill it for you. I can forward you the the appropriate one when I see what you're trying to produce.
