Hey dental tech wizards! Life threw us a curveball with one of our skilled techs having a sudden medical hiccup unrelated to the industry, and now we’re on the hunt for a new denture rockstar to join our tight-knit team. Tired of the big city grind? Craving a lab where you can hone your skills and the pace feels just right? Harmony Dental Creations in Northeast Tennessee might be your perfect fit!

We’re a fun and laid back full-service lab with a passion for precision—think in-house milled titanium RPDs, and both digital and analog denture magic. Now, we need YOU to help keep the prosthetic party going. Got a knack for partial and denture setups? You’re already halfway to stealing our hearts. Bonus points if you can finish partials, dentures, or even flexibles like a pro (we won’t judge if waxing’s not your thing—yet!). If you can wax, that is even better!

What we’re looking for:

• Solid prosthetic skills (setups are a must, finishing is a mic-drop moment, repairs and relines are a bonus).
• A hunger to learn, grow, and laugh along the way. (maybe have some drinks with us too!)
• The vibe to fit in with our fun, talented crew of techs.
• Attention to detail that’d make a microscope jealous: we’re crafting smiles here, so precision is key—whether it’s nailing a setup or polishing a flexible to perfection.
• Team spirit with plenty of humor—bring your skills and a good vibe to keep the lab buzzing.

What you’ll get:

• A lab that’s all about quality, not just quotas. Does it get busy, yes! Are we going to push you to meet some arbitrary number, NO!
• A chance to work with great technology and a team that’s got your back.
• A laid-back spot outside the urban chaos, where your work-life balance doesn’t feel like a myth. It is a slower pace in the south, so get out and enjoy the mountains!
• M-Th 10hr days, 730am-6pm, which means 3 day weekends! (see above)
• 100% paid medical, dental, and vision. These things are important to me, so I make it a priority for taking care of my techs.

well it has been about a month and we have gotten a fairly large amount of contact from techs looking to make a move.
before we make a decision, wanted to bump this thread again to see if there are more interested parties kicking around
