I was wondering what kind of production/billing software everybody is using and what their thoughts on them were. ( Winvoice ? )

Labstar

It took us a while to decide in between all the current options but we are happy so far with them.

Before starting to use them we couldn't see how us adapting to a new system would go but now we can't see ourselves going back to the old ways.

It's really software with really good support; support questions are always answered within hours. It is updated constantly as well which is a big plus.

Was debating between Labstar and Seazona.

We use Labstar as well. Its a really nice program and you can do alot with it. Just like PRO said its takes a little bit to get used to to and to figure out which features are best for your lab. Their support is great and even offer a training course that will show the the whole program and they will even help you set up the program so you have everything you need. Lots of functions and makes tracking cases really easy since they have a bar-code system where you can set-up each case based on work flow so as each case moves along the production process each tech that does a specific task can scan the bar-code in so when doctor calls on case the office staff will know exactly where in the process the case is so it makes our customer service staff more efficient when dealing with cases that are already in production.
