Can't speak for Trios but I don't see how Medit IOS scans can get more clear unless you want to add shades of the prep and tissue shade... lol On a serious note, in the last several days I designed my very first 8 units coming off Medit i500, in-house setting from many doctors and the margins were crystal crystal clear !!! Maybe this is not the norm but I don't see how the scans can look any better unless the coloring was improved but who cares, This particular doctor didn't use cord on his cases. The scanned margins were so clean I asked if used double string......... I did see a couple scans that were rejected back to other doctors to clean up/mark their own margins. Having never seen IOS first hand I'm overwhelmed with this technology. Tomorrow I will be going in to MiYO a large handful of model-less crowns.... any tips in keeping up with crowns with no model, no printed on paper of screen shots of the crown.. Dontknow
