What is the exact nature of your problems?
Most problems associated with CAM software and machine operation come down to the post processor and key to that is proper identification of machine reference points, motion sequences, special G & M codes, axes limits, kinematics etc.
Outside of that external functions such as tool change, spindle command, pallet shuttles, tool clamp/unclamp, etc. are governed by M codes commanded by the NC program through M (or miscellaneous function) codes and controlled by a program, as CHL indicates through the PLC (programmable logic controller). Usually, for a proven system, the PLC program/logic is OK but It is not uncommon the switching, wiring, relays involved etc. to be improperly set-up.
Whomever sold you the machine/software solution should have the knowledge to sort this out, if not they should be bringing both parties together to sort it out. If you purchased the machine and software from different vendors, then you have a problem- as you would either have to act as the engineer to work with each component to get things working properly or hire someone with that experience to do it for you (unless of course you can get the CAM or Machine Supplier to pony-up and take charge).
This does however bring up a very good point: picking a partner partner/distributor in providing you digital dental technology is extremely important. A good partner know all these things and can delivery a quality, working solution to start with and also provide solutions to problems and painlessly expand you capabilities with upgrades or new technologies. These partners may initially charge a bit more for their solution but I can assure you, the additional charges are minute compared to going through pains, down-time, production/profit loss of implementing a solution from a less capable partner.
