You need to list more info. For starters, what windows version? Ive never gotten the old scanserver to work in anything other than win 7. scansuite should work in win10, but sometimes isnt compatible with d700 scanners, and reverts to scanserver, not allowing calibration..
Even when setting up a new temp directory for the scanner to dump into, it still shows no dotplate data. Ive had my scanner for about 11 years and never figured that out. Best of luck.
