Custom aftermarket implant solutions?

Hi guys!

Back then I was crusing down the internet and found an I believe italian company which was sellung aftermarket ti bases, screws etc and I know they had info on their webpage that if they don't hvae the system for you they can make it very fast. And I can't find a bookmark anymore or google. Any tips or similar companies? I live in Europe but our surgeons and resellers are obviously making our tech lives hard and we mostly have to deal with cases where aftermarket things are rare or impossible to find and I would like to find a company and see what option can they offer.
