We mill the wax abutments. -

until the e.max puck comes out - then it'll be possible to just mill the interface design right in.

99% of all my implant cases are done this way. This is the first preference of all my clients.

I guess it's just in my head that ones piece would be stronger. But you may be right. Considering airplanes are glued together. I've just witnessed a lab owner cement Zirc abuts to tit interfaces before. And they were fails as he never cleaned a thing and the abutments adaptation was terrible and he would sometimes take a diamond bur to the abut and, "make it fit." Just bad dentistry....
Again, considering, I'm sure it's in my head.

Ivoclar does now have emax cad blocks with the interface hole already in them as displayed at IDS. Sirona Ti interface???....hmm
