Hello first time making a Implant model digitally. So I have: 1) Bite 2) Upper (antagonist) scan 3) Lower scan with scan bodies (36,37) 4)Lower scan with healing abutments. My problem is I am trying to design on exocad and I can not get a proper emergence profile because the scan has the healing abutments on... How can someone explain to me using exocad to design the model. (Do i have to request another scan without the healing abutments?)

Not an exocist but you'll have to remove the healing cap digitally and create you own socket.

Tell the doc to call the pt back in , remove the healing cap, scan a quick scan with healing cap off and send it to you. otherwise remove the healing cap if you can sculpt on the model. I hate healing caps in scan.
