Hello folks, I am not a lab technician but have been around the block a few times in my Implant Coordinator role for 32+ years! I can identify and find parts for most implant systems out there but this one has me stumped. We have inherited a case with an implant placed in Bolivia that the patient says is a "dentoflex" internal "universal" hex. I googled dentoflex and really got no where. We need to help the dds remove the crown with the right wrench and then torque test the implant or remove it if it has failed. The crown might have to be redone if the implant is okay. Does anyone out there know what might be compatible with this system?

Thanks but I looked on all of these sites. The website itself is under maintenance I guess. And I'm not going to call or email overseas. If they have stateside HQ then I would make the effort. The patient is in pain. So maybe we will be fortunate enough that it has failed and we can start over.

inability to reach the site or access their content could be your ISP limiting access to international sites. happens all the time.

if it is a dio implant then they take a 1.25/1.27/0.050 hex driver for abutment screws. If you need abutments we have them for DIO connection as well. www.dess-usa.com or email us at [email protected] and we can help you with this
