I've been seeing ceramic burrs for a while, but haven't had one come by I could play with.
Anybody use them? What'd'ja think?

Not worth the extra money. I really didn’t see any difference in that way they worked, and they wore out faster than I expected. Also easy to break.

Thanks! The breakage issue is what concerned me. The blade edges are tiny and we know how well sharp edges handle stress in these materials, even aside from the method used to join the metal shank.
