I have a few clinicians who insist on placing their bite/waxrim onto the master model, and in contact with the opposing model when doing one side only.

Does anyone have any data, I'll even take anecdotal if that's all there is, on the results of using Cavicide on the stone models?

In an ideal world I wouldn't care and should be getting sanitized stuff back... How often does that happen.

as long as the stone has previously set up, no issues.
if youre pouring stone into an imp with cavicide puddles in it you can expect the stone to set up like soft chalk.
