Looking to find a Carbon printer user forum that is not hosted/sponsored by Carbon themselves.

Don't think you will find one..
I believe you just are leasing the printer and never really own it.
Maybe it's changed

We are having good results with the printer but lack luster support and customer appreciation from Carbon. Seems like once you sign a $100K yearly lease (two printers) you are pretty much old news to them. No real innovation coming down the line either. Oh there is "talk" of this coming and that coming but after 6 months of hearing that you realize nothing is happening. No special or exclusive materials (once Lucitone print goes mainstream with other printers). Wanted to see if it is just our geographic area, COVID related or just typical vendor fall off. We don't need our hand held but at same time we don't care to have our hand smacked either.

Their support is fast i sent an email on nitrogen hook up for the Dreve unit and withing 1 min i hard a reply. lol But the best is end user to end user. No better support and info then that.
