Hi Guys! I'm a practice manager at a dental clinic. We have our own dental lab as well. My boss asked me to help the technician in making a surgical guide design in 3shape Implant Studio, just to see the workflow before we place the system for our implantologists. I was watching several how to videos, but we are stuck at one point. we can not find the smile library for anatomy crown design, also the only option I get when choosing anatomy crown is "Implant Studio Virtual Crown".
When we continue I get to the scan alignment. When I complete the alignment I can go no further as the system is asking me for virtual crown design.
Any ideas how should I solve this situation?
