I would suggest looking at the external hex document and measure the hex since there is slight variations between them.
The screw that is connected to either the abutment or if there is a healing abutment may help too - branemark will be a nobel star, 3i will be an 048 hex and biohorizons will be an 050 hex. You can also look at www.whatimplantisthis.com and compare your xray to their images to figure out which implant it may be.
