Can’t seem to mill PMMA error code on AG motion 2

So I’ve milled plenty of PMMA cases prior to this. I’m doing an all on 4 upper case and want to mill it first in PMMA.
I keep getting these errors and it doesn’t matter which PMMA puck I use.
can anyone help a brother out?
