Bubble Problems

Hello , hope you are all good !
Lately I am experiencing bubbles on PFMS after baking them , I tried everything to fix that !
BUT NOTHING WORKS !!!

Is there any advice ??

Photo of the problem would help in diagnosing the problem. The cause can start from investing, casting, finishing alloy, oxidation, opaque application, body application.....anywhere in the process but each has tell-tell clues in how they manifest so post some good close up photos of the bubbles and grind into the bubble and take photos of the inside of the bubble next to the opaque layer.

My advice would be to stop doing PFMs. Its amazing how many problems you can eliminate, and how much more money you can make in the process.

What type alloy? How are you casting them?

is it gassing down to metal, or from opaque? pics.....always post pics ppl

what these guys said. Need pics nor no way to solve.
We fixed slight issue we were having this year by our sand blasting technique. could be anything on your end though
