Ave just started using a press unit.My moulds keep breaking. Could press force be too much at

Could be anything including but not limited to burnout oven temp or time , press oven temp or time, type of investment,etc....

Explain your process exactly

Most likely burnout technique if you mill wax units it needs to be a two stage burnout. There are a bunch of threads on here about pressing

Common cause of preps breaking during pressing is the sprue angle. If the sprue is angled so the material cause lateral forces on the prep (especially small preps) they will break almost every time. Make sure the sprue is angled to press the material directly over the incisal edge for anteriors or on a cusp tip on posteriors to direct flow straight down on the prep (compressive forces).
