best scanner and milling combo

hi,
i am dr anil from india, here i am looking for a cad/cam for my lab.
i have dental wings scanner in combination with vhf milling unit, and meditt scanner with roland milling unit .
please tell me which is good. also discuss positives and negatives of each with ur experience. please help me in buying.
THANK U EVERY ONE FOR UR SUGGESTIONS.
THE THING IS I AM LOOKING AT 4 AXIS AND ONLY DRY MILLING OPTION ONLY i.e DWX30 AND VHF cam4-K3

There's nothing to think about, Medit scanner and imes240i.. This is a robust heavy mill with a Wet option. If if you want to wait a few more months for the newer model Medit scanner, it maybe out around July or later.

Bob your right about the 250 mill if its in his price range.. Best of both worlds, 5 axis, and wet if needed

Don't buy Dental Wings . Don't take it even if they are offering it to you for 5.000 . Worst CAD ever . Bugs , crashes , and many surprise gifts (apparently whenever someone is updating , the compatibility with implant libraries change) . Go with Medit , don't even look ath Dental Wings . I have Dental Wings and I am trashing it , this should say much . I agree with Bob , go with 5 axis solution . Why limit yourself with 4 axis while you can have 5 axis with a few bucks more ?
