Beef with WhipMix RE: PRO100

I have about 6 of these ovens in storage if you need to pirate some parts off of a couple donors just let me know.

Hate to beat this dead horse but here goes.... a lab buddy calls and his propress 100 table will not rise up.
Something in the motor is the diagnosis. Never pressed with it, just fires zirc .
He’s not tech savvy, that’s why I’m posting.

Boat anchor? Sell for parts? Doesn’t want to parts it out. All or nothing.....

My thought is for the price get a new KDF. Any thought s on that oven too.

The table lowers, but does not raise up. Can crank up manually inside the back.

WhipMix won't sell the part to fix???

If its clicking on the upward cycle and not moving. Take off the back panel. The little roll balls may be gummed up , need cleaning and re oil. You will have to manually raise and lower the table to access all the areas. I just had to do this to my 17 year old Pro 100. Your symptoms sound the same as mine did.

He says the clicks have stopped. When the table hit bottom it clicked some more and then stopped. Says he will tackle it on Monday and see. Thanks for the tip!

Not sure what parts he needs. (Texas helped troubleshoot it.).

Garland will sell you the part, daniel is very helpful. Im listing my pro100 on ebay soon, it was working fine, now, no power,at all, with 2 different boards..

Nope, Judy Garland. She’s a Wiz at this stuff. They’re in Kansas.
