Aspen Flexilyte

Anybody know what thermoplastic Aspen calls their Flexilyte???
Nylon, olefin, C-Polyamide? Had a repair come in and can't tell what it is. Looks like Duraflex but has a tough grind too it.
I assume it's just a rebrand of something common.

The closest I can tell it is a
crystalline polyamide. Maybe something like one of the old flexite spin-offs, Seems like it's mildly affected by bonding acid, but acrylic seems to bond to it 50/50. Has a very fibrous cut to it, maybe it's acetal. Tried to heat it with a heat gun and it doesn't jell like an olefin or nylon. I just stuck the tooth on it and sent it back with no warranty.

Well you have to be reasonable. If you repair a tooth on a denture you don't really warranty it, because you know that it's a successful procedure. Same with identifiable flexibles. I just send the reminder "no warranty" because I said we shouldn't do it, and they said try.
You can't warranty repairs anyway, but "no warranty" means "don't send this back, because if you do I'll charge you again. Should have listened to me to start with"
