Asiga pro 4k message on display.

I was about to start print on my new Asiga printer and this is message i get on display when I want to start print:

Current tray model :003
Required tray model:000

What does that mean exactly?

My PRO will be arriving soon. I know its super easy and normally fast to ask a question here and I'd encourage it but I wonder what your reseller told you and who they are.

I think the after the sale HELP is crucial for any lab purchasing and implementing new equipment.

To be honest I opened it this week and lots of people not working. But they did email me back which I was greatful for and I will jump on it next week with them to ask all the other questions I have (list is growing)
