Most anodize the surface of custom abutments for gold coloring, its surface level and can be applied to any Ti part. So it doesn't have much to do with the blank being milled.
You have to anodize after. I bought the starter kit from painful pleasures and the power supply from Amazon. It needs to go over 70 volts to get the gold hue (search kungber DC 120 volts). Super easy to do.
try Articon, they apparently have a good surplus of NT trading blanks. You can also use the medentika blanks on the AG. They are launching several new additions to their line up very soon, by nov latest i think.
They anodize very easily after milled and cleaned up and polished.
