Good day!
I need some advise please.
I recently started making flexible dentures, but I keep getting the same problem. I get air bubbles under the acrylic teeth.
I changed my spruing method to sprue at the thinnest part of the denture. Overall, I've been getting better results by spruing this way, but still get the same size air bubbles. I've put my flask in a drying oven to cancel out the moisture factor. There is definitely no moisture inside the diatorics. I blow them with compressed air before placing them back in die flask.
From what I can see, it looks like the air is coming from the diatorics, and gets stuck inside the material
Is there any advice someone can give me to prevent these air bubbles?
Will a different brand of material make a difference? Using Vertex at the moment.
Thank you in advance.

On the contrary I do not dry the models I even paint them with TCS LIQUID before injecting and make sure the flask is warm to hot also it helps material to flow easier.
