American Dental Supply in the process of Acquiring Leach & Dillon Products

American Dental Supply, Inc. of Allentown, Pennsylvania today announced it has agreed to acquire Leach & Dillon Products from Dillon Company, Inc. of Cranston, Rhode Island. Financial terms of the agreement are not disclosed.
Founded in 1989, Leach & Dillon Products is a progressive manufacturer and distributor of innovative products for the dental laboratory. The company focuses on cosmetic aspects of dentistry such as Cerpress SL, Sensation SL, Silhouette porcelains, and the Enigma Cosmetic Removable Appliance, considered the most beautiful denture teeth on the market, providing patients with a cosmetic alternative for their dentures. Leach & Dillon Products also brings a variety of patented products such as Diamon-all cutting instruments, Creare ringless casting system and Cerpress SL pressing rings.
The acquisition of Leach & Dillon Products is intended to further strengthen American Dental Supply’s leading position in the area of dental lab materials manufacturing. Leach & Dillon Products will be consolidated into American Dental Supply, Inc. and its products will continue to be distributed through dealer networks. Leach & Dillon Products is expected to be accretive to consolidated earnings during its first year as part of American Dental Supply, Inc.
