Adding a tooth during "All on 5" design stage in Exocad

I've designed a case and after I'm close to finishing it design-wise, I realize I could extend the bridge one more tooth distally.
I know I've been able to add a tooth in Expert mode but I can't remember how I did it.
Anyone willing to give me a hand?

Facing a similar problem. Upper all on 6 but doc wants to add 2,15 mid-design.
I was able to add 2 but when I try adding 15, tooth loads flipped...
