I Did do that but with 2 scans and with foot powder didnt try add hole was told needed add on, soon as i get license on dongle transferred will give another go, Thanks for your time.

under "attachments" in the sculpting tools you can find a group called holes and add the proper diameter hole to the crown AFTER its done designing. just remember not to hit the auto correct to minimum thickness after you create the hole. this is why you finish the design first then backtrack to add the access hole.
