Did you guys patent this? Its a great idea, I would just worry about the fixture vibrating and wearing or torquing the abutment, not just the screw,

Ok, what about the interface?
interface would seem protected but i'd think the screw would undergo a lot of stress and need to be replaced immediately.

Hello everyone! We did lot of research on custom abutment milling without damaging the implant interface. Thanks to our valuable customers for their clinical cases which we’ve confirmed that there are no problems. For the screw, you need to replace for a new one after milling is complete. We provide two screws for reverse pre-milled abutments. If you guys have further questions, feel free to leave comments :) Thank you for your interests!
