Does anyone know how to set up the order form in 3Shape for these?

simple bar. some people add each tooth as "precision attachment" some people scan a waxup and copy. both ways work.

You could do it that way and do it like a full zr all on x bridge then make all the reductions like a abutment shape or natural tooth shape and click remove undercuts on the coping stage of cutback. Then you will need to at the end un check use hole in order to copy and append the case so you don't get a invalid boundary error then to table tops on the second order. Or finish it with the hole then scan that frame back in and do table tops over it.

After some experimentation, everything worked with one big exception. The software forces you to use connectors between anatomical abutments and anatomical pontics rather than allowing the artificial gingiva to act as a bar. Anyone know a solution to this?

Lay a soldering iron on top of the pc and walk away laughing manically. It works sometimes.

Probably just easier to change the software to exocad.
Oh trust me, I know. 3Shape is really good for some things, and Exo is far superior for other things (this being one). $6200 for a license, $2000 to build a PC....maybe in 2019.

Just put exo on the 3Sheep machine, it won't use nearly the same amount of resources and will put it a little closer to your grasp.

Just don't think we will be able to make that work with our current setup. We have an employee that sits that the 3shape desk scanning the vast majority of the day. We'll need another work station.
