Howdy folk!
I've got an issue going on in-lab where models created in 3Shape are being held open by the pins set by 3Shape.
I took the original bite scan and aligned the designed (not printed) models in order to trouble shoot, and the pins are collapsing through one another by nearly .1mm.
I'm trying to see if there's some missing settings my designers overlooking, or if this is a known issue and a fix has been issued that I have been unable to ask Uncle Google about. Screenshot attached for reference!.... or not may not let me attach from my shiny new account
