3shape 18.2 Autosave and crash Issues

Recently we have been designing cases at our lab and 3shape crashes and does not save any changes. For small cases is all right but when you are designing big cases, and you are about to finish, BOOM crash and close and any change is saved. It is really frustrating, i do not know if we should upgrade or downgrade. We see a lot of cases online using previous versions, and the app in the videos never crashes. So what's wrong with us, we have awesome hardware, nvidia card, 32 ram, etc.. Thanks beforehand

Check that you have all current drivers for motherboard chipset, videocard, and even the SSDs if you have them.

you can set how often you want 3shape to autosave. We are currently at 5 minutes. We have the occasional crash but it always saves at least some of what has been done.
