3-Shape Implant-Abutment Error

Hey guys,

sometimes when I try to design an anatomical abutment the error pictured below occurs. Changing the emergence profile helps a bit, but it still remains. Does anyone know the reason for this?

Have you tried to reduce the cut back amount? Maybe the reduction amount is too high. Try setting it at 0.50mm if it works then increase by0.05 increments until it fails. then you know where to set it at. Then manually reduce more in the sculpt step.
