Cerec Drs have to charge tax on full price if crown because they are manufacturers ex. 1000 crown + 23 tax . Looks like the cost to mill a cerec inhouse just doubled

The above irs publication quote was directly from the latest irs publication on the new medical device tax. According to this it is a tax on the net. Just relaying what my account has found out. I'll see if I can find the pdf link if you are interested in reading it.

I have been using the value ingots for all posterior monolithics since they came out. V1 works great for A1,A2,B1,B2,C1,C2 and D2 as long as stump is not to dark. Can do as dark as A3 just takes a liitle more stain. Was using Ht ingots for these shades but kept hearing value was a little low.

Been using atlantis was just looking for a cheaper option for some doc's. I have not found any as nice as atlantis. Sent 4 to cap and were no where near as nice.

Looking for recommendations for a good milling center for straumann and nobel biocare abutments. I have tried a few and none seem as nice as direct from manufacturer. Any ideas. Dont have a scanner so have to send them a model. Thanks Nick
