    Pressure pot or vacuum chamber?

Well they're a pain too, but better than nothing. Maybe try a quality pot. Go to the stores. Or like I said a hardware store for a paint pot. Can also troll eBay for used. Just be sure to plan ahead for replacement gasket.

    Pressure pot or vacuum chamber?

Well, in a vacuum air expands. Not only in solids but liquids. Test a marshmallow or balloon. Water will "boil" in a vacuum. A vacuum has opposite effect of pressure. Why the scuba diver in Jaws 2 got an embolism. "Came up too fast"

Clear light cured custom tray material

Maybe I don't understand, what's he going to fill composite in? The stent? He wants to use the tray to build up on non-prep teeth? Why not just make a bite opening splint to save everybody a lot of trouble and money?

    Air bubbles, heat cure

Are you sure you are using the matching monomer/polymer? Something doesn't look right. Like DorisA said, dump it in the trash. Use a better acrylic product. Those bubbles look to be from polymerizing too hot, too fast.
