So the guy paid the doc, we charged the doc a $5k lab fee. It was Two Ounces of a Precious silver alloy. Likely gold and palladium, but I don't remember exactly what except that it was about $1k for the allow and lots of labor. Would defiantly be nicer if done with CAD as I was no jeweler...
Depends on the Implant Manufacturer. I design a few All On X cases a week on 3Shape. FYI, no one but Nobel is milling their implant bars and bridges. And setting up a 3Shape order for Nobel PIB MUA is a PIA. You actually select abutment, not Screw retained crown, as per Nobels instructions...
