We may be reverting back to 2014 today. Will know what happens next week. This was a zimmer implant.

I am running 2015.3 but this happened with 2014 v2.9.9.2. When switching to sculpt I get 2 error messages; 1. Inner blank limit check failed, 2. cannot focus a disabled or invisible window then I get the disappearing abutment!

the scanbody has already been scanned. 3shape won't let me design abutment.

I'm trying to design an abutment with an Itero digital scan. the itero files imported fine, but when I select on the tooth on the model, i get an error message that states that it cant find the implant coordinates. the scan body on the model and the one created by 3shape do not merge before...

Can I remove the design part of the 3shape software and install it on another computer so that 1 computer is strictly scanning and another is strictly design? I'd like to do that with 2 scanners and 4 design stations.
