Not sure if this is what you're looking for but the only tool I have seen that seems similar is this one:

Hopefully it helps
Hi all
Does anyone have a recommendation on a lab that can make a Titanium Partial Framework (Removables)
First time we ever get a case like this and I'd like to check our options.
Thanks!
Have you tried a different resin?
We had a lot of issues printing models with the Asiga model resins. (On the Asiga MAX, not the 4k)
We switched to Argen's resin and problems went away. It rarely failed after that.
An IO scan will not be accurate enough for this. There is too much "empty"(tissue) space in between the implants for it to be accurate enough.
That's why photogrammetry is the go to for these cases when doing them all digital.
Another option would be to look into the OPTISPLINT. It solves the...
Hi all
I was wondering what type of warranty are you offering on your 3D Printed nightguards?
We have been printing them for a little over 1 year using Keysplint SOFT and ArgenFlex (Very similar materials/ maybe same manufacturer)
However we've been noticing more failures closer to the 1 year...
You'll definetly need meshmixer for this.
Save your design and current model as 1 file and then on meshmixer create a solid. Meshmixer will create a new mesh which combines your design and current model without the holes.
Same here.
I never got the result I wanted with Miyo Pink but I also did not try much. Even as a non ceramist, layering gingival porcelain has been pretty easy to do. I'll try the combination as you explained in the future.
For PMMA temps we use removable acrylic... we want the patient to come...
We just started doing this.
First we leave the plastic containers in direct sunlight. Then we let the mix of gelatin and alcohol sit for a few days indoors and the gelatin will start to settle at the bottom but still wont harden. Then after a few days we filter it and it separates the gelatin...
I know this question has been asked in the past but I'd like to see if there's any new recommendations.
We have used in the past Molloplast B and now we use Nobilium Impak-PF
Now that Nobilium closed what does everyone else recommend?
We also use Snowrock but we inject it as well. Definitely a good acrylic, on par with Diamond D if not better since it's injected.
They do provide free samples so maybe you should give them a call. Their support is also really helpful.
Hi All
Is anyone out there fabricating custom abutments for the implant SGS P5D?
This one is part of their conical platform line so as far as I know it is propietary...
They only have stock abutments and a small selection of TiBases which don't always work on all cases.
We'd prefer to make...
I haven't really seen this discussed before
What are you guys doing to the used isopropyl alcohol that was used to clean resin from 3D printing?
I have read it can be quite harmful if disposed down the drain or in the trash bin.
Diamond D (Heat Cure) for the majority of cases
Snowrock / Injected for implant cases
Uhler Dental (Cold Cure) for repairs. Shade matches Diamond D (Heatcure) better than Diamonds D own Cold Cure.
Edit: I forgot to mention that most of these models I design are for removable and nightguards. So I don't have to create dies.
I do most of them on blender for dental. Except when they are from Medit, Meditlink has it's own model designer integrated. However the cleaning up part is...
