    Doing that much, you should be tired! I'm also in house denture tech but I pressure pack. I'm set up to produce 5 units a day, either setups or places and I thought I was busy! Those are on top of relines, repairs, adjustments, etc. Does this mean I have to quit bitching? BTW i'm 65.

    Pretty much just use Dentsply and right now they are all in Germany still being made. All Dentsply haters, keep it to yourselves. Am I the only one having troubles getting teeth?

    We do the hard/soft dual laminate vacuum formed and pts love them. Soft around teeth but hard outside.

    I use stone if no undercuts, otherwise putty. Stone is much less expensive.

    Whats your favorite soft reline material?

    Molloplast B is a pain in the butt and technique sensitive but it lasts longer than any other i've tried. Never gotten over two years out of any others. A heatless stone on a mandrel trims it slowly but smoothly.

    The discs in the valves are very small. Open them over a towel or clean bench. They are not replaceable because they aren't made anymore.
