Technique Q: RE 10 Upper crowns....
Paul, if you will please excuse my ignorance, and be so kind as to explain how "monolithic" crowns can have layering, I'll appreciate.
My impression has been that monolithic crowns are machine made in one piece, with shadings only painted on.

I still always am amazed at how you can get such good crown alignments given the angles of some implants. Kudos on this master craftsmanship!
