Had this posted previously hoping to sell before the lab moved but we were delayed so putting everything back up for sale again.

Phrozen Shuffle XL has only been used for aligner cases and maybe has 200 hours...
I had a client ask if we had any reccomendations on precementation protocol for Zirconia. They mentioned they were using a self made biofilm removal on the prepa and then rinse and the usual saline on the zirc and Panavia cement.
Never had anyone ask about how to remove a biofilm on preps...
Anyone have any thoughts on these type of cases? How do you guys deal with them? Ask for a graft? a redo?
We seem to get at least one a month. Anyway we can create esthetic pink tissue to cover the part of the implant without creating an issue? These are meant to be 3 individual crowns.
We used to do a fair amount of full mouth cases and are downsizing our articulator stock. Most on ebay but open to offers through DL.

Curious if anyone who has used multiple scanners with different accuracy ratings have noticed an appreciable difference in fit when scanning implant scan bodies. I expect 10 and below for bridges but what about singles?
Does anyone happen to have an .stl I can use to test out milling strategies for a hybrid zirc ti base abutment? Preferably engaging. Mill is up but the scanner won’t arrive until New Years and have sometime over the holidays to play around with the new burs and strategies.
Thanks
I know this scanner is quite old now but does anyone have the stats on it? Speed isn’t a concern but we need something accurate enough for the implant scan bodies for single tibase implants.
Thanks
Just curious about this. We have our mills backing a cement wall and I was wondering if anyone knew if it would be at all beneficial or dangerous to secure the housing with brackets to the wall?
Right now we have a heavy duty steel table which works quite well as a base but I noticed the mill...

Thank you!
We have been scanning and designing our wax frames using 3shape and while the wax is fitting nicely after milling we have a continuous problem of the frames sitting up on the occlusal after casting. When we adjust the cement spacer in 3shape to compensate we end up loose side walls and have...
